Reiki is a traditional energy healing technique. Reiki healing can be performed and sent to past, present, or future events to aid in healing. This session is for regulating and calming the nervous system, where blockages and stagnant energy is removed from your energy centers (chakras). When these centers are realigned, our life force energy can flow freely and bring us back into a natural state of alignment.

When healing things like deep rooted traumas or issues, it may take multiple sessions. Reiki is perfect for assisting in healing anxiety, depression, pain management, aiding in recovery time, healing mental and emotional well being, clarity, relaxation, and rebalancing the chakra systems.
