Inner-child healing

All humans have an inner-child - the question is whether or not that inner-child is wounded or healed.

Answer the below questions to assess your inner-child and potential areas of healing.

Healing Prompts

  • On a scale of 1-5 (5 being max wounding), where do you assess your level of wounding that you desire to resolve from childhood?

  • What evidence do you see in yourself and your reality to support that rating?

  • What needs (mental, emotional, and physical) of yours were left UNMET as a child?

  • How is this still impacting your life today?

  • What low vibrational thoughts, feelings, or behaviors are you repeating as an adult that you learned from a caregiver?

  • Think back as far as you can - when is the first time you can remember embodying these thoughts, feelings, or behaviors?

  • What has prevented you from healing these generational/learned patterns?

  • On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the healthiest) how do you rate your current relationship with your caregivers?

  • What evidence do you see in yourself and your reality to support that rating?

  • What are 1-3 things that you would like to see change?

  • What are your takeaways from this reflection exercise?

  • What are 1-3 things you are going to begin doing today to heal your inner-child?
